What We Do

A to Z Festivities will coordinate logistics, recommend and enlist vendors and services, and deliver the party or meeting to you while you receive all the credit and compliments!  Specializing in Professional and Personal Events as well as Corporate and Association Meetings.

• Business and Corporate Meetings, Conferences, Awards Ceremonies, Grand Opening, Team Building & Scavenger Hunts

• Social Events (Special birthdays, teas, anniversaries, retirement parties, baby showers, reunions, etc.)

• Weddings (from start to finish or "day of wedding" only planning; showers, engagement announcement party, bachelor/bachelorette outings, etc.)

Who I Am

As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) since 2001, I have planned and executed meetings for Procter & Gamble, Sunny Delight, hotel properties, and convention services throughout the USA.

As an event planner for over 25 years, I have the experience and knowledge of negotiating contracts with hotels, venues, and vendors.  I can suggest unusual, reasonably priced, and trustworthy facilities and suppliers in the Greater Cincinnati area.  I attend annual national, regional and local Event Planner conventions to stay abreast of current trends.

A to Z Festivities, LLC, is here to coordinate as much or as little of your wedding as you need or want. Working one-on-one with the bride, groom and/or parents of both assures that your goals and dreams are met.
